This was my second tour with grasshopper and it was amazing as usual. Kan was my tour guide and he was really fun to be with. He’s very determined about his work and he knows a lot about the history of the buddhist temples and paintings and the best local cuisine places. He made us stop at a desert van where they eere serving thai sweets. That was really nice. I would like to put this on record that inspite of the bike tyre getting punctured, he wasnt thrown off. He calmly removed the tyre and mended it from a grasshopper mechanic and while doing that made sure i found a comfortable place to sit and relax. This is a wonderful company to go with n this tour in particular is worth it. 10/10
Review of: Bike Bangkok: Historic City Tour
- Abbas K
Dad and I took a night tour around Bangkok under the guidance of Kan, and what an experience! Kan was knowledgable, fun, and took us to many amazing spots. We enjoyed real Thai street food and drink, went through the bustling flower market, and enjoyed Wat Arun and Wat Pho without the crowds and heat of the day. At night it was even more magical with all the bright lights and having the temples practically to ourselves.
The ride itself is very easy - you don't have to be fit to enjoy this tour! If you have Kan as your guide it will make it even better.
Review of: Bangkok Night Bike Tour
Did the half day trip around Bang Krachao. Six on the tour, five being my grown up family. 24kms of pretty easy cycling but some of the paths are narrow and on stilts above water so you need to be careful. Stopped off at some interesting places - a temple, a farm, a glow-worm colony. Really enjoyable, particularly as the guide (Tammy) was knowledgable and really enthused about the tour.

Thailand is known as The Land of Smiles due to the warmth of the Thai people which you will experience in Bangkok. Visit Khlong Bang Luang Artists Village and meet friendly locals before a traditional Thai puppet show. Everywhere you go you’ll be surrounded by smiles that will leave a lasting impression.
One of the highlights of your day in Bangkok will certainly be the food. Take a break from cycling at a local eatery for traditional Thai flavors or sample street snacks from stalls in bustling markets. You’ll need the energy for your day of cycling!
While we make sure to stop at the main tourist sites such as Wat Pho, the Grand Palace, and the Flower Market, our itineraries are crafted to make sure you see the real Bangkok hidden from the eyes of most tourists. Cycle Bangkok’s “green lung” Bangkrachao on narrow bridge paths through mangroves, or pedal hidden alleyways through local communities and check out local markets and lesser-visited temples.
As always, our experienced Grasshopper Guides will make sure you make the most of your day in Bangkok in the safest, most comfortable way possible. They know the best local spots and are excited to share the Bangkok they know and love with you!
