Full day bike tour in Siem Reap, Cambodia
Experience an unforgettable morning riding the back trails and touring the ruins of the Angkor Kingdom. Starting with a bucket-list sunrise over Angkor Wat, your cycle along our signature route, with your guide taking you off the tourist trails at times to experience the lesser seen side of Angkor in addition to the major highlights.
This trip runs outside of Siem Reap.

See Angkor temples in the soft light of the morning and ride the hidden trails to avoid the crowds.

As the roosters begin to crow, you will be out at the most important religious monument in Cambodia, watching the sun rise over the triple towers of Angkor Wat. Even in the wet season, this is a magical time to see Angkor. As the crowds thin, take an unforgettable walk through the temple, where the soft light and cool temperatures present Angkor at its best. A short pedal away a delicious breakfast spread awaits. After breakfast we ride around the hidden trails of the Angkor complex to visit some of the best kept secrets and the iconic temples of the Bayon, Ta Prom and The Elephant Terrace. As the day heats up, we lunch with a view of Sra Srang Lake and then return to your hotel by vehicle around 2pm.

This tour is limited to 6 participants to ensure a more personal guided experience and to ensure you receive the premium service that we commit to.

Please note: Cambodian day tours will not operate April 13th to 18th due to the Khmer New Year holidays. We will re-open April 19th and apologise for any inconvenience. Hope you enjoy the many celebrations happening this time of year!

Tour Itinerary

Sunrise at Angkor Wat
The tour starts with a pickup from your hotel. The time will be advised when we confirm your booking. You will meet the rest of the group at Angkor Wat where your guide will pick out the perfect position to watch the dawn break. If the weather gods are with you the sun will rise up behind Angkor Wat and provide the most stunning of silhouettes.

Angkor Wat Walking Tour & Breakfast
As the other early risers head back to their hotels, you will have Angkor to yourselves in the best light of the day. Your guide will take you through to give you an overview of Angkor Wat after which you enjoy breakfast, just outside the temple area in peaceful surroundings.

Biking Angkor Archeological Park
The rest of the day is spent riding the back trails through ruins and forest and stopping at both iconic and less known temples. Among others, we stop at the Bayon and Ta Prom, both considered essential temples to visit. We take lunch by the small reservoir called Sra Srang and as the day heats up, we drive back to town and to your hotel. You can expect to arrive back around 2pm.

Please note: Appropriate dress (knees and shoulders fully covered) is compulsory for entry into certain sections of Angkor Wat, and should also be observed throughout all temple areas for reasons of cultural sensitivity.

Flat terrain

20-25km riding

Riding through the jungle and local villages is a highlight. Very cool addition to seeing the temples. Super beneficial having Bo guide us through each of the temples. Would have missed a lot without him.

KaraMay 2018

I 1000% recommend this trip. I was nervous sunrise was too early for me but it was beautiful and worth it to be able to bike around on little traveled trails to see many temples. It was a beautiful, serene way to see Angkor Wat and the surrounding temples. Our guide was super informative and funny. Lunch was delicious. Cannot recommend enough.
