Now everyone can explore the striking mountains of North Vietnam by bicycle or cruise through the rolling highlands of Sri Lanka's tea plantations.
Although we believe every tour is worthy of your attention, from time-to-time we like to shine the spotlight on an upcoming trip, promotion or destination that shouldn't be missed...
Sublime Sri Lanka
Sri Lanka charms and seduces visitors with its rich mix of history, culture, cuisine and sublime landscapes. But the only way to truly appreciate and embrace the amazing diversity and scenery here is to experience it in the open air, rather than the seat of a car.
The bird sound, crash of a waterfall or greeting from a local is much more keenly appreciated without a glass barrier between yourself and the outside world. The salty ocean breeze of the coast, crisp mountain air of the tea plantations or thick tropical atmosphere of the rainforests helps immerse you into the beating-heart of the country and sharpens your appreciation for every facet of this amazing destination.
Explore Sri Lanka by bike with us, wonder-by-wonder, bite-by-bite and smile-by-smile.
Epic City to Coast Rides
There’s a special joy in departing out from a city with the coast as your ultimate destination, and even more so if that coast features a beautiful tropical beach lined with palms. One riding day is never quite like the next, as your surroundings gradually evolve from inland towns and farms to coastal views and fishing communities, keeping the sights and cycling engaging throughout. Best of all, when your riding is done you can hit the beach for some well-earned relaxation, as no one said a cycling adventure can’t also be a beach holiday.
Leave Angkorian ruins behind to explore the colonial-styled Khmer town of Battambang along with its unique village industries and revered 11th-century hilltop monasteries. Following a healthy dose of culture and cuisine journey through the country’s heartland to both historic and present capitals before exploring the national parks on your way to the ocean. The traditional holiday retreat towns of Kampot and Kep make the perfect launch point for the grand finale ride along the coast to Cambodia’s main beach resort town with its numerous tropical islands.
There’s more to this tour than just escaping the confines of bustling Bangkok. Starting from Hua Hin you’ll make your way along pristine coastline, with many stretches of riding literally meters from the sand. Each afternoon is seaside accommodation, beach time and mouthwatering Thai cuisine, the perfect indulgence after a fun day exploring. Cutting inland from the Thai Gulf we pass through one of the country’s better-kept secrets, Khao Sok national park, before emerging a couple of days later at the Andaman Sea side of the peninsula, where the home stretch awaits with a ride to the popular resort island of Phuket.
