Itinerary
Days 1-2 | Bangkok
We meet on day one at our hotel then head out for a tasty Thai meal. The next day, drive south of Bangkok to visit the Amphoe Wah area to see the floating market and in the evening the fire-flies that the area is famous for.
Days 3-5 | Gulf of Thailand Cycling
Heading further south by car reach the holiday place of choice for Thai royalty, Hua Hin. After settling in take a gentle ride of the area. On days 4 and 5 ride south along the Gulf of Thailand Coast, through limestone hills and small farms, with the ever present coconut trees lining the road.
Day 6 | Ranong
Leaving the flat coastal regions head west across a low mountain range where the cycling gets more challenging as you ride through small villages in the hinterland and down into the sea port and border town of Ranong, famous for it’s hot springs.
Days 7-9 | Andaman Coast Cycling
A short drive takes you to Kuraburi, a little visited area of the Andaman Coast. Settle into our jungle style resort and then take an easy off-road ride around the area. The following day includes a visit to an elephant camp on your way to Khao Lak, a world class beach destination. In Khao Lak enjoy a day to relax on the beautiful beaches.
Days 8-13 | Krabi
After riding rolling hills and over a small pass through lush green fores stay in the small town of Ao Luek. The following day takes you onto Ao Nang where you'll enjoy a fantastic speed-boat cruise of the surrounding islands. Dive into a seafood lunch before returning to Ao Nang. Your final ride comes on day 12 when you'll explore the Emerald Lagoon before our final meal together.
